Magnesium

  • While the study below says there are no clear double-blind randominzed studies establishing that Magnesium helps reduce symptoms of ADHD, there are so many studies (37) that show benefits that we decided to include it. Also, there is a study showing that B6 combined with magnesium has a positive impact and we have both in our formulation. (see previous study link)
